shipping policy

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping on orders outside of the US can take up to 6-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping fees will be added at the end of your checkout. At this time, taxes will not apply. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

 

 

Blue Jewels Hair Kollection & Boutique is not responsible for ANY lost, damaged or stolen  items. If you are to check your tracking number and your package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will be required to contact United States Postal Service for further information on your shipment.

 

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.
